Living in a rental house keeps me dreaming of the perfect kitchen. One with a big window over the sink that never has a dirty dish in it. And that has a fully stocked pantry that never needs cleaning. And of course, the most gorgeous white cabinets with glass panes and antique dishes- can you tell I have been really dreaming of this?
I used to not be a fan of mixing cabinet colors but I have now seen the light and can’t stop dreaming and thinking of the perfect cabinet colors to mix and coordinate.
I also know I desperately need a big rustic hutch for all of my antiques and collectibles. And don’t even get me started on that beautiful oven!
Now if only I can get my hands on a house with a kitchen that needs to be renovated….

Love that board! We are also in a rental that we have a love/relationship with. It was absolutely wonderful when we moved in…We had to move in just a couple of weeks a place we didn’t really have any connections with and we just happened upon this house. It was a lucky find! But now, over three years later, we’re kinda over it and ready to own our own home…Oh well! Patience is a virtue. Anyway, just wanted you know you aren’t alone in dreaming of your own kitchen!

We had the same issues both times when renting, having to find an affordable place in our area that allows larger dogs is almost impossible. I loved our house when we first moved in, but now have noticed the problems and I am off to dreaming about a new home again!
