Although 2017 is already well under way, it’s never too late to get healthy and focus on your wellness. Having a healthy year doesn’t just mean exercising and eating right, but taking care of yourself mentally as well. (I touched on working on your self care a bit in this post)
Some affiliate links are used in this post. What this means is that if you click over to that page and buy something I earn a bit of change off of that purchase so I can continue to blog and pay for blogging expenses. But don’t worry- you don’t pay anything extra because of that.
This water bottle is perfect because it is glass, which means it is easier to clean, but it also has a cute pattern on it. Plus, the sleeve helps with the condensation. I’ve dropped one too many glasses due to them being slippery. 😉
This planner is really cute and will be so helpful for keeping track of lists (if you’re like me, you make lists constantly!) and activities. This year I’m making a conscious effort to, at least once a month, plan a girl’s night, and with how busy my life has been, I really need a planner to write it all down and see it in front of me.
I’ve been saying it for years, but I really want to do yoga on a consistent basis. I’ve tried it off and off but it never stuck. With my journey of taking more time for self care I’ve been told by tons of people that I need to pick up yoga again and be serious with it. I think this Yoga mat from Target is super cute (because why would you want to workout on an ugly mat 😉 ).
Ya’ll know over on this blog I love talking about essential oils for mental health, skin care, and home care, but they also are amazing for keeping your body healthy and well. Essential Oils have become my go-to for staying healthy and happy and for the past 2 (ish) years, they’ve done nothing short of help us.
Jen Sincero is an amazing author and I love this Book by her. It is a must read for women in general, but for those who are in business and want to take more control over their lives. She also has a similar sense of humor as mine, so I have a feeling she and I would get along well over a pitcher or margaritas.
