Lately I’ve have some major life changes that have really thrown my life into a loop, and caused me to end up living at my parent’s house while I figure everything out.
What caused this? I wasn’t happy in life in general and my solution to that was to pack up and leave Cyle, a decision that I was influenced very strongly into making before I had thought it out at all, and regretted the second it happened.
After listening to everyone but myself, I finally sat down and figured out why I wasn’t happy and what I can do to change all of it. After mending things back together with Cyle- oh, and buying a house!– I finally realized something very important: I need to do what makes me happy and to not worry about anyone else. Cyle’s father also very wisely advised me of this fact, and I haven’t looked back since.
Yes, the opinions of your family members are important, as well as friends, but take everything everyone tells you as advice and perspective, not the final say in what you should do with your life.
I made this super quick printable (I never said I was a master printable maker!) to hang in our new home as a reminder of this fact.
Hopefully you enjoy it, too, and don’t mind me getting a bit personal on here today!
